How common is dementia?

Nearly two-thirds (63%) of Australians with dementia are women.
With an ageing and growing population, it is predicted that the number of Australians with dementia will more than double by 2058 to 849,300 people (533,800 women and 315,500 men).
The rate of Alzheimer’s/Dementia has doubled in the last 10 years.

1. Your brain is 90% water when we are born and less than 70% when we die.
The ageing process is largely a dehydration process, so commit to drinking more pure water.
Drink at least 2 litres of filtered water a day or 1 liter for every 30 kg of bodyweight.
With 45 litres of blood going through the brain every hour you want to make sure it is clean water, not dirty water recycled from your large intestines.
Yes this is what happens when we are dehydrated.
The body becomes so dry that it starts to draw water from the large bowel and it goes back through the system.
Imagine if you connected the washing machine up to your toilet… and yet we subject our precious brain cells to that kind of treatment most days.
