Congrats on surviving Christmas 2022!
Humans are creatures of habit, and I am no different.
We don’t like our safe and comfy routines interrupted.
We hate changes being forced on us, and we have had to endure plenty of that since the start of 2020!
It might surprise you then, to find out that our internal universe is in a constant state of flux.
Deepak Chopra (renowned surgeon and author) says in his book “Quantum Healing”:
‘If you could see your body as it really is, you would never see it the same way twice.
99% of the atoms in your body were not there a year ago.
The skeleton that seems so solid was not there 3 months ago…… you acquire a new skeleton every 3 months.
The skin is new every month, and you have new stomach lining every 4 days, with some of your stomach cells being replaced every 5 minutes!
Your liver is new every 6 weeks… it is as if you lived in a house whose bricks were systematically taken out and replaced every year…. our body is constantly and ever in exchange with the rest of the world.”
Aren’t you made of the stuff of miracles?
Who could have guessed that when you look at your familiar face and body in the mirror every morning, you are looking at an illusion of sameness!
On the inside, nothing ever stays the same.
The person you are today, isn’t the person you were last month, or last Christmas.
Luckily for us, our subconscious mind, which oversees our health, wealth and happiness, is a genius at change.
While trillions of physiological, electrical and invisible processes all happen simultaneously, it is perfectly capable of keeping order and maintaining optimum health.
If you stripped your reality right down to basics, you’d see that we are nothing more than particles of cosmic dust, perfectly held together by powerful intelligence.
This intelligence is so fast and quick to move that we can’t figure it out.
Even with all the knowledge at our fingertips today, (I study it every day) the subconscious mind remains a mystery.
We know that it houses our deepest darkest memories and traumas, and yet, it is also the realm of miracles.
Miracles don’t arise from the thinking, educated mind.
You can’t think a miracle into existence, yet that is what most of us try to do.
And who doesn’t need a miracle from time to time?
Wouldn’t it be fun if miracles became the new norm in your life?
If miracles became ‘normacles?’
Thankfully miracles CAN become the norm for us mere mortals.
Let me prove this to you with a funny story about our cat Rastus.
We adopted Rastus as a half-grown male cat.
It was love at first sight on our part, and Rastus settled in as if he belonged here right from the start.
All went well, until a year or so later, when Pete and I turned our overgrown vegetable garden into a brand-new chook yard. (Our previous chook shed/yard had disappeared in the 2016 floods).
In our rush to fulfill our longstanding dream of having a small menagerie of well-behaved pets (we already a donkey, cow and flock of ducks) we had forgotten that Rastus had been a born chook slayer.
In fact, the reason he had been given away by the previous owner was because he had started killing their chickens.
On the day our chooks arrived, it became evident that Rastus hadn’t forgotten his earlier chapter in life.
He was bristling with friskiness.
Much as he tried to hide his excitement, it was obvious that he thought all his Christmases had come at once.
He climbed the curtains, stormed around the house, clawed at my antique couch sharpening his nails in preparation for his next move, which came an hour later, when we were alarmed by a loud cackling.
We raced outside, to find Rastus lying amid the weeds, biding his time, with a foxy look on his face, feigning innocence.
We kept him locked inside our bathroom that night, much to his disgust.
The next day, we released him, hoping that he had learnt his lesson.
We had only whetted his appetite for more cat and mouse play.
Before long, we had to rescue a distressed chook that Rastus had craftily separated from the rest.
He was clearly in his element, savouring every moment of terror he was inflicting on our hapless chooks.
I saw my dream of all sentient beings living harmoniously around the Purple House shatter to smithereens.
With a disgruntled Rastus under our arms we trundled back to the house, discussing our options.
- Option number one was to get a big strong rooster to protect the girls.
- Option number two was to put a contraption around Rastus’s neck to hamper his movements.
- Option number three was to catproof the chook yard.
Suddenly the real solution came to me: I could give Rastus a healing session and delete his killer instincts.
Before Pete could change my mind, I switched to healing mode and got to work.
Rastus was spread out on our loungeroom floor, relaxing from his adventures.
Within minutes, I struck something inside his subconscious mind, that felt to me like a hunter gatherer program.
I immediately cleared it, along with any other sneaky killer instincts.
It happened so fast, I didn’t have time to question whether it was an ethical thing to do or not and before I knew it, I felt that the session was done.
Rastus must have felt the same, because he jumped up, raced around the corner and in true Garfield style, attacked a pile of notes I had lying on the floor in preparation for a workshop I was going to conduct the following weekend.
Papers were flying everywhere!
Rastus knew to strike where it hurts.
Not knowing what to expect next, we kept a wary eye on him for the rest of the day and locked him inside for the night.
By the end of the following day we had to admit that a miracle had happened.
Rastus had been cured from his chook killing addiction.
Our chickens and ducks were safe.
Rastus became even more lovable and relaxed than before, and our dream of living amongst the trees, chooks, ducks, cats, cow, donkey, dog and grandkids was back on track.
It’s been five years now, and Rastus is my constant companion.
He goes for long walks with me all over the property, and he doesn’t even bat an eyelid when we pass chickens or ducklings.
Not even when they cackle provocatively.
As far as Rastus is concerned, they don’t exist.
It’s a real miracle.
The moral of the story is that if a leopard can change his spots, so can you!
You don’t have to repeat the same old story of your life.
You don’t need to be held back by ancestral trauma or karmic imprints that distort your reality.
You don’t need to live your life from a foundation of unhealed wounds (yes, we all have them).
During my treatments, things that are unhealed and hidden deep inside the subconscious mind will show up for healing.
When I work with my clients, I connect with a power that transcends religion, science, and tradition.
It is the power of the Universe, the power that can heal everything.
And it is very safe because I am very practical and down to earth. (How can you not be, after mothering six kids!)
My work has touched clients all around the world.
People received miracles in their finances, their relationships, and physical health.
Spiritually, they became more aligned very quickly.
Every week, people thank me for the changes in their lives.
I only publish a fraction of the ‘thank you’ I have received over the years.
Thank you Grada for a wonderful session a couple of weeks ago.
I am now flowing with new vitality and unexpected joyfulness. The 2 mantras you gave me have been a source of power and comfort to me, aligning me with my own truth. Money is starting to flow in and my new website is published and live!!!
I could see and feel the surges of energy within me as you were doing the healing even before you said anything , but there was something special about hearing you talk me through the healing as it evolved- my body loved hearing this! You’re an incredible healer, and we are very fortunate to have you amongst us.
Thankyou again. Xxx Susan J
