Spilling the beans on Candida …

CANDIDIASIS is the medical term used to describe a yeast overgrowth in the gut and other tissues of the body.

If you have answered Yes 3 to 4 times, Candida possibly plays a role in causing your symptoms.

If you have more than 7 Yes answers your problems are almost certainly yeast connected.

I truly wish I had known about Candida 25 years ago.

Step One

In the evening, put a clear glass of water by your bed.

Step Two

First thing in the morning, rinse your mouth, swallow, then gather some saliva in your mouth and spit into the glass of water.

Keep an eye on the water for half an hour — especially the first few minutes.

Watch out for:

• Strings (legs) hanging down from the saliva.
• Heavy-looking saliva (anything at all) at the bottom of the glass.
