All you know is that it feels IMPOSSIBLE to get around the issue in your life..<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Maybe it\u2019s your \u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n When someone who cares about you mentions that you should do something about your issues, you feel overly sensitive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI can\u2019t do it!\u201d <\/em>You reply defensively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Secretly you wish that they would stay out of your life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You feel attacked or unsupported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Perhaps this goes on and on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Before you know it, years go by and you\u2019re stuck in the same place or worse \u2026 you continue your decline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In case you haven\u2019t realized yet\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n Things don\u2019t miraculously change or get better on their own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And here\u2019s the thing, it\u2019s not a matter of willpower. <\/p>\n\n\n\n If life was up to willpower, you would by now be highly successful, vibrant and living the life of your dreams, like Oprah or Richard Branson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What makes this tricky is that most of your problems or limiting beliefs are on the subconscious level meaning you\u2019re not even aware of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n These beliefs control your thoughts and behaviours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Good programs or beliefs support us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can probably think of some people who always bounce back no matter what life throws at them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n It\u2019s as if the sun shines every day, their zest for life is indestructible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Nobody can dent their self-esteem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And money never seems to be a problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For most of us, it\u2019s different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When things are good you stay on track\u2026but when a stressful event happens, your limiting beliefs kick in and next thing you know\u2026you\u2019re back to your bad habits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I could go on and on because there are SO many of these limiting beliefs that we have. <\/p>\n\n\n\n I have seen all of them over the years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
The bottom line is your issues are in your tissues!<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
