How can we radiate the opposite to fear, when the energy of fear is dominating this world today?

How can we bring about the change we want to see, and help heal the divisions?

Do you ever ask yourself these questions?

I want to offer you a powerful tool to guide you to stay OPEN and expanded, while the world is going through a deep contraction.

It will empower you to triumph over the fear that is engulfing our world.

It will shift your attention from dark to light because what we put our attention on grows.

So, this is an uplifting exercise, that will raise your vibrations.

I am sure you all remember the story of the grandfather who is teaching his grandson about life and he said, there is a fight going on inside me.

It is a terrible fight.

And it’s between two wolves.

One wolf is angry and envious and full of sorrow, and arrogance and regret and lies, and the other one is kind, filled with joy and peace and wisdom and generosity and compassion and kindness.

And the grandfather said; the same fight is going on inside you too.

And every other person on the planet.

The boy thought about it for a minute and then he asked: Which wolf will win?

The elder replied: the one you feed.

So if you watch the news (please don’t) watch the pieces about all of the heroes on the frontline, or the organizations feeding people or doing random acts of kindness.

When you wake up in the morning, think: how can I inspire myself to give and serve more, to uplift somebody.

The next thing I want to mention is this ancient Hawaiian practice and then I am going to explain how you can use it in the video.

Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice that heals the soul and can heal our planet.

They are:

  1. I’m sorry.
  2. Please forgive me.
  3. I Thank you.
  4. I love you.

I first heard about Dr. Len many years ago

The story goes that he cured an entire ward of criminally and mentally insane patients with this simple mantra.

Dr. Len healed these patients without ever physically seeing them.

He did it by sitting with himself, looking inward, and repeating the Ho’oponopono with true heartfelt love.

“I just kept saying, ‘I’m sorry, ’ ‘please forgive me,’ thank you and ‘‘I love you, over and over again.

Really committing to loving all aspects of yourself is the greatest way to transform yourself, and as you begin to change, so does your world.

It becomes a kinder, more loving place.

Whenever you want to change anything in your life, there’s only one place to look: inside you.

And when you look, do it with love and compassion.

Dr. Len’s story concludes that after a few months, patients that had to be shackled were being allowed to walk freely.

Others who had to be heavily medicated were getting off their medications.

And those who had no chance of ever being released were being freed.

Take two deep breaths and close your eyes.

Now bring to mind either yourself or a person that caused you pain or upset you somehow.

Really feel into that pain.

Now say: I love you, I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you.

Please watch the video below to where I take you through a different practice that will bring some light into your soul and create deep healing.

Much love as always,
