Long before Love Your Guts existed, Caleb worked at the Purple House alongside Pete and Grada, supporting people whose bodies were overwhelmed, sensitive, and trying to communicate through symptoms.

When Caleb later founded Love Your Guts Fermented Foods, he became one of the first people in Tasmania to bring traditionally fermented sauerkrauts, kimchis, and kefirs into everyday homes.
