Consistent hydration with adequate water is essential for our well-being.

Dr. Batmanghelidj, an Iranian doctor imprisoned as a political prisoner during the Persian revolution, discovered the healing power of water and salt.

While awaiting execution, he helped his fellow inmates improve their health dramatically, using just water and salt.

His simple yet effective formula was 1 liter of water per 30 kilograms of body weight, with ¼ teaspoon of pure salt for every liter consumed.

This remarkable success led to his release, and he later lived a long, healthy life in America.

At Purple House Wellness Centre, we recommend this same formula to our clients.

However, many find it challenging to drink enough water daily.

I must admit, I also struggled with this until we invested in our new Enagic K8 ionizer filter.

Since then, staying hydrated has become effortless.

Morning: I start the day with 3 x 300ml glasses of water as soon as I get up, adding Iodine drops to the first glass.

Before Lunch: I drink 3 more glasses.

Before Dinner: I repeat the same routine.

Drinking water on an empty stomach is perfect for hydration.

Within 15 to 20 minutes, the water is in my bloodstream, and my stomach is ready for my meal.

It’s best not to drink water while eating, as it can disrupt digestion.

Some people add salt to their water, but I prefer adding mine to my food.
