1 teaspoon per day (Maximum 3)
First time users start with 1/8th teaspoon and gradually increase to 1/2 a teaspoon on rising and 1/2 a teaspoon before bed in pure water or juice. Can be added to a green smoothie, your favourite recipes or sprinkled on your meals.
