First of all, bring to mind a goal or a result you really want to achieve next year.
Something that has been out of your reach up until now.
Something that will make you feel happy and enriched.
Write it down or keep a mental note of it.
It can be as simple as:
I want to release a few kilos.
I want to get rid of nagging pain.
I want to be closer to my partner.
I want to find my soulmate.
I want a new job, house, or improved finances.
Whatever you are looking for is on its way to you.
You simply have to learn to tune in and become very receptive.
During this guided meditation you are going to meet your Future Self.
When you meet with your future self, you are going to get the energy or answers you have been looking for.
Notice the subtle changes in your nervous system as you communicate with your future, wiser and more resourceful self.
Your future self is invested in you today because its future depends on the present you.
It will co-operate with you.
