I hope you are doing well and staying healthy.

I recently worked with Caspar, a client with a string of health issues.

He had loose bowel motions (he always had to make sure he was near a toilet), acne, gallstones, weight gain, and a history of high blood pressure.

Now, I am not giving medical advice here, but once I carried out the tests I do during a Full Health Audit it became clear that his bile was too sticky.

In my opinion, sticky bile isn’t talked about enough.

Yes, I mention it often, but sticky bile barely gets a mention outside my premises.

So let me remind you what it’s all about!

Every 3 minutes, your liver filters your entire blood volume, about 4 to 6 Liters.

To put this in perspective, your liver has already filtered half your blood since you started reading this email.

When your liver filters toxins, junk, and outdated hormones out of the body, it puts that junk into your bile.

The bile is meant to deposit all this garbage into the toilet when you do a number 2.

This is how your body takes out the rubbish.

It is the most effective way to keep your blood and your body clean.

If your bile is too sticky, it isn’t flowing correctly, toxins will accumulate in your body and lead to things like skin issues, nausea, or high blood pressure.

Many of my clients have experienced a range of symptoms—everything from gas and bloating to acne, hormonal imbalances, and food intolerances—without understanding the root cause, that sticky bile may be at the heart of it.

Did you know that your body produces approximately 750 ml of bile per day?

Bile is a vital digestive fluid made by your liver and stored in the gallbladder.

Due to our modern lifestyle, the bile that your body produces can become sticky and thick, leading to an insane amount of health issues.

When bile doesn’t flow properly, it doesn’t just affect digestion; it can cause a domino effect on your overall health.

Over time, this sticky bile can back up in your system for years, creating significant blockages.

What Causes Sticky Bile?

The stickiness of bile is often influenced by a combination of factors, such as:

Processed Foods: Our diets are loaded with refined, processed foods that lack the nutrients our liver needs to maintain healthy bile flow.

Birth Control Pills: Hormonal contraceptives can cause bile to thicken, making it harder for the gallbladder to expel it efficiently.

Prescribed Medications: Many common medications can also have an impact on bile consistency, slowing its flow and causing it to become congested.

As a result, this sticky bile leads to symptoms like gas, bloating, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acne, hormonal imbalances, and food intolerances.

It’s no wonder that so many people are struggling with their health—yet they often don’t realize that the solution could be as simple as addressing their bile flow!

Once the liver puts all the junk into your bile, it goes to the gallbladder, where it gets very concentrated and becomes even more alkaline.

Once your body has properly ‘cooked’ or acidified your food in your stomach, that acidified food gets released into the duodenum (small intestine).

Your small intestine needs to stay alkaline, so it gets the gallbladder to squirt this alkaline bile onto the acidic stomach contents to help neutralize these acids and break down the nutrients, so they are available for your body to use.

If your bile is too sticky, it can’t neutralize the foodstuffs, so they continue through the intestinal tract in a big hurry to avoid damage to your gut.

So bile is really an alkalising fluid that sterilizes the inside of your digestive tract, but it has many other functions.

Why You Need Healthy Bile Flow

Digestion of Fats: Without proper bile flow, your body struggles to break down fats and absorb fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K.

Hormonal Balance: Bile also helps in the elimination of excess hormones. If it’s not flowing properly, these hormones may recirculate, causing imbalances.

Detoxification: Bile plays a crucial role in detoxifying your liver.

When it’s not flowing efficiently, your body’s ability to remove toxins is compromised, leading to a build-up that can affect your energy levels and overall well-being.

How Do You Know If You Have Sticky Bile?

You might be wondering if this is something that affects you.

Here are some common symptoms to look out for:

Frequent Bloating and Gas: If you feel uncomfortable after meals, especially after eating fatty foods, this could be a sign of poor bile flow.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS): Bile that isn’t moving properly can cause disturbances in the digestive tract, leading to IBS-like symptoms.

Acne and Skin Issues: Your skin often reflects what’s going on inside your body. If you have persistent acne or skin problems, it could be linked to sluggish bile.

Hormonal Imbalances: Irregular periods, PMS, or mood swings can be linked to bile that is not effectively clearing out excess hormones.

Food Intolerances: When bile doesn’t flow properly, your body struggles to break down and absorb nutrients from food, which may cause you to develop sensitivities to certain foods over time.

The Solution: Beetflow and Choline.

Now, for the good news—there is a way to address sticky bile and help your body regain balance.

Two powerful supplements, Beetflow and Choline, are designed to support healthy bile production and flow.

Beetflow: This supplement helps to thin and mobilize the bile, encouraging it to flow smoothly and prevent blockages.

It’s an effective way to get the bile moving again, even if it has been stagnant for years.

Choline: This essential nutrient works hand-in-hand with Beetflow to ensure proper liver function and bile production.

It supports the breakdown of fats and assists in detoxification, helping you feel more energetic and balanced.

Gentle Bile Flow Flush: A Step-by-Step Guide

For those of you who suspect that sticky bile may be a problem, I recommend trying a Gentle Bile Flow Flush.

This flush is easy to do at home and is designed to get your bile moving again gently but effectively.

Here’s how you can do it:

Choose a Day: Pick a day when you have a few hours free.

A Saturday morning might work well.

Prepare Beetflow: Have your Beetflow supplement ready.

Schedule the Flush: Start taking one Beetflow capsule every 30 minutes for 3 hours.

For example, if you begin at 10 am, you will finish by 1 pm.

Drink Plenty of Water: Make sure you stay hydrated throughout the process to assist your body in flushing out toxins and supporting bile movement.

(Click here for more information that we are using in our home and clinic)

By the end of the flush, you should notice a difference in your digestion and overall well-being.

Some clients report feeling lighter, less bloated, and more energized after just one flush!

Why This Works

The gentle flush helps stimulate your bile to move through the system and flow freely again.

Beetflow works on the consistency of your bile, helping to thin it out so that it can move more easily through your liver and gallbladder.

When this happens, you’ll start to notice improvements in symptoms such as:

Long-Term Support: Maintaining Healthy Bile Flow

After you’ve completed the flush, it’s important to keep supporting your liver and gallbladder.

Here are some simple lifestyle tips to ensure that your bile stays healthy:

Consider Regular Use of Beetflow and Choline: Incorporating these supplements into your daily routine can help maintain the benefits you gain from the flush.

Take the First Step Toward Healthier Digestion

If any of this resonates with you, I encourage you to take action and give the gentle bile flow flush a try.
