While raw cakes are a beautiful way to nourish your body and enjoy wholefood desserts, some people feel more at home in the savoury side of the kitchen.
That’s where fermentation comes in.
On Sunday 12 April, Caleb Robertson (the founder of Love Your Guts Fermented Foods) will be running a Fearless Fermenting Workshop at Purple House.
Caleb is one of Tasmania’s pioneers in fermented foods and gut health, helping people learn simple, traditional ways to support digestion, immunity and overall wellbeing through living foods.
During the workshop you’ll learn how to make foundational ferments like kefir, sauerkraut and kimchi, understand why fermentation works, and gain the confidence to create your own fermented foods at home.
