Tonight I want to help you get present for yourself.
The biggest problem in today’s world is that we don’t have enough time to connect and be present for each other or ourselves.
Sometimes we can go for months, even years, before we realize that something important is missing…
We are missing the point of life.
And then we feel its too late.
But it’s never too late to learn to connect with your own heart.
By heart, I mean the deepest level of your heart, not the superficial layers.
Most of us live from what I call head bubble.
That’s because of our conditioning, and our focus on problem-solving and relying on strategies for everything.
When we live in our heads, we usually experience a lot of stress and worry.
We start to feel empty and we become more controlling.
What if I told you there is a different way to live.
One where you can tap into your soul/heart so you can enjoy an intimate connection with yourself and others?
First of all; I want to tell you that if you feel a lack or that you are unlovable or unworthy, these are wounds from your childhood and are stored in the tissues of your body.
They affect our thinking, our sensing and our feeling and stop us from getting the results we want.
We find pockets of this in our hearts.
They show up as numb spots or a part we have armoured off.
So let’s do a little heart opening by using our own energy and see what shows up for you.
My wish for you is that you feel a little bit more spacious and at peace with yourself.
That you feel valued and understood.
So let’s do a little exercise to do that now.
First, activate your hand chakras.
Close your eyes.
Take 3 deep and slow breaths.
Put your hands on your heart space and start to notice that you are dropping.
Go deeper and deeper into your heart.
Imagine there is a sense of deepening.
Now you are shifting from a place of wanting to know it all, or control it all, to a place of trust.
Imagine you are floating in a tank of warm water.
Become conscious of the back of your heart, simply fall back further and further to where it is very restful.
It’s like a secret chamber at the back of the heart.
Just look around or feel into the innocence of it and notice if there is no boundary.
Perhaps there is only affection or pure awareness.
It is becoming harder and harder to think so just listen to my message.
Once you feel really safe and secure and calm in there, I want you to visually drop a sentence in there;
A painful belief about yourself.
A childhood wound.
Like: I am unlovable.
And see how your heart transforms it.
Smell it change, or hear a different message of love from the universe or watch the letters dissolve.
Now breathe in again, into this beautiful space of pure innocent awareness.
Drop in another painful childhood belief, like I am not good enough.
And also see this illusion dissolve.
You can keep doing this or simply allow your body to relax, as it stops pumping out stress hormones and starts to flood your body with anti-aging hormones, making you feel glowing and youthful.
Do this for 26 minutes every day.
You will become more spacious, able to receive true love and blessings as your heart continues to open and stretch.
Watch miracles unfold.
